Why a Preventive Maintenance Plan Is Worth It

HVAC Maintenance Agreements
Our preventive maintenance plan includes two HVAC inspections and cleanings per year, also called Performance Tune-Ups. We’ll even remind you when it’s time for a Performance Tune-Up. You also get 15 percent off all HVAC repairs and priority service.
With our premium plan, there’s no charge for covered repairs and only a low flat fee for work after hours and on Sundays and holidays. Every year you use the plan, you’ll get loyalty bucks that you can use for new equipment when it’s time to replace your HVAC system. You’ll also get 15 percent off our plumbing, electrical, and carpentry service.
Electrical Maintenance
We call our preventive maintenance for your electrical system a Panel Inspection. An electrician removes the cover from your electrical panel, inspects your breakers, and checks their high voltage, neutral, and ground wiring connections, tightening any that are loose. Loose connections in your panel can cause higher power bills, flickering or dim lights, or circuit breakers that fail prematurely. Faulty wiring is a fire hazard, and it could ruin an expensive computer or TV.
Plumbing Maintenance
Without regular plumbing maintenance, leaks can increase your water bills, and burst pipes could damage floors, walls, and ceilings. The extra moisture from leaks, clogs, or water damage also encourages mold growth, reducing your indoor air quality. Our plumbing maintenance agreement includes an annual Performance Tune-Up, and many repairs are free. Other repairs are still 15 percent off.
