To sign up for a new Service Agreement, schedule an inspection of your equipment by filling out our service request form here or give us a call.  Our phone representative and service technician will go over your options with you and you can choose how to proceed from there.

If you're already a member of our Service Agreement program, all you have to do is follow the instructions on your renewal when you get it in the mail; it's that simple!

Either way, with EZ Pay, your credit card or checking account is charged monthly or annually and your agreement is automatically renewed, until and unless you write to us stating you’d like to discontinue service. Should you need to discontinue service during your contract year, the remaining balance of the agreement would be charged to the credit card or checking account you provide. And, don’t worry, if there are any changes to your coverage, the most current copy of our Service Agreements are always available on-line.
