As of October 1st, our Loyalty Bank Bucks program is in full effect for Premium service agreement members and it goes a little something like this: Each consecutive year you renew your service agreement with us, we will set aside $50 in a Loyalty Bank to be put toward the cost of any complete system replacement! That’s the short and skinny of it. You don’t have to sign up or fill out any extra paperwork. If you’re a Premium member, we do all the work for you.

Now for the fine print: Loyalty Bucks accrue upon receipt of payment each Premium renewal year. They are not divisible or redeemable for cash upon termination or expiration of your Premium service agreement. To obtain your Loyalty Bank balance, please e-mail us  or fill out our form on-line! Bucks may only be used toward the purchase of a complete system replacement and are not eligible for use in conjunction with other discounts, specials or offers other than manufacturer or federal rebates, where applicable. You can earn a maximum of $500 Loyalty Bucks; bucks do not expire as long as you maintain your Premium Agreement, but may not be transferred and cannot be accrued retroactively.
