Prior to issuing this Agreement, will provide a qualified technician to inspect your plumbing for proper operation, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, except holidays.

This Agreement covers clogs within the home in toilets, garbage disposals, sinks, drains, lines and traps.

As an Agreement customer, you will always receive Priority Service for repairs over non-agreement customers, generally resulting in same-day service.

This Agreement provides coverage of all labor necessary for the clearing of clogs within the home during normal business hours: Monday through Saturday 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, except holidays.  Services covered under this Agreement and performed on holidays, Sundays and after normal business hours will cost $75 per occurrence, to be paid by the customer at the time of the repair.

Plumbing service other than the clearing of clogs within the home performed during normal business hours will be charged at our normal rate less 15% off the total invoice cost.  Plumbing service other than the clearing of clogs within the home performed on holidays, Sundays and after normal business hours will be charged at the appropriate overtime rate less 15% off the total invoice cost.
