Terms & Conditions for the Money Card

 

Card must be initialed by an authorized CMI employee with an expiration date to be valid. Service discount ($50) is valid on your next plumbing or electrical service during regular business hours over $500.  Invoice must be paid at the time of service to take discount.  System discount ($100) is valid on the installation of any conventional tanked water heater installed during regular business hours.  Card must be surrendered to take discount.

 

These discounts cannot be combined with any other discounts, including new and renewing service agreements or their after-hours charges. They cannot be applied to freight charges and are not applicable retroactively or redeemable for cash, refund or credit. Only one card per customer per year, please.  These terms and conditions are subject to change without notice.  If you don't have a money card and would like one, please e-mail us and we'll send one out to you ASAP!
