Prior to issuing this Agreement, will provide a qualified technician to inspect your water heater for proper operation.

This Agreement provides all labor and materials necessary to make repairs to your water heater during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, except holidays.

This Agreement covers replacement of thermostats, heating elements and thermocouples, if repairable.  Labor only is covered by this Agreement for the replacement of flex connectors.

Should Custom Mechanical, Inc. find your water heater unable to be repaired, we will replace the water heater - up to a 52-gallon capacity - at a reduced flat-rate price of $225. Difficult replacements, including those under-the-counter and in small closets, may be subject to an additional $100 to $250 charge depending on the difficulty of installation. Prices to replace water heaters larger than 52-gallons will vary according to size.

This Agreement includes parts and labor for necessary repairs to covered equipment, Monday through Saturdays, 8 AM to 4 PM, except holidays.  Repairs performed on holidays, Sundays and after normal business hours will cost $75 per occurrence, to be paid by the customer at the time of the repair.

As a Service Agreement customer, you will always receive Priority Service for repairs over non-agreement customers, generally resulting in same day service.
