have used your company services since the late 1990’s. My
experiences with your team have been outstanding – really great!
That continued wonderful customer service continued with me once
again this last New Year’s Day. My furnace was not working at all
and it was a pretty cold day. I was going to wait until Jan 2 but it
was too cold to wait. I placed a call to Custom Mechanical uncertain
of how that would happen (I should have know how it would work
out!). The Emergency Service receptionist was very helpful and
extremely pleasant – we were even kidding about the weather/cold.
She said she would have someone call me immediately. Indeed that was
true. I received a call within 5 min (maybe less, not sure). The
service person said it would be about an hour before he could get to
OC. I told him no problem.
I guess it was about 30 min later that I heard a knock on my door.
It was Mike. Mike greeted me at the door with a pleasant smile and a
“Happy New Year”. I said, “WOW – that was quick response!”. He said,
“Oh, I’m not the guy you spoke with earlier. I was closer to your
place so I got a call to come over.”. Let me just say, that is
efficient team work! Mike was great! He had heat on within
10-15 min of coming through the door. It was great talking with Mike
as well. He was a happy guy doing his job – no griping about working
or the cold. If you get the opportunity, please tell Mike thanks so
much for his great work and wonderful attitude.
I send you this note about Mike but I have to say this is not
unusual for your team! Over the years I have had numerous
opportunities to meet the service personnel at Custom Mechanical.
Your staff has always, always done great work with very great
attitudes – friendly, knowledgeable, dependable, and timely (most
definitely timely). In fact, all the personnel there from the
receptionists to service to sales (purchased my furnace through
Customer Mechanical) have treated me so good.
