• Included: up to two PTUs per Agreement year and labor and parts to maintain proper working order of covered equipment.
• Parts and Labor Coverage: for most repairs is included
• Extended Scheduling: Monday through Saturday , arrival between 8A and 6P, except holidays
• Exclusively For: systems replaced and continuously serviced by Custom Mechanical
• Replacement Credits: 50 Replacement Credits at each renewal that can be used toward the purchase of a complete split system HVAC system replacement.

Tankless & Conventional Water Heaters

Custom Mechanical, Inc. will provide a qualified technician to check your covered equipment for proper operation.

• Included: one (conventional) or two (tankless) PTU(s) per Agreement year
• Included: select parts and labor coverage for conventional water heaters
• Replacement: discount for replacement of conventional water heaters
• Discount: 15% off repairs for tankless water heaters
• Discount: 15% off repairs / replacement labor & misc. materials for conventional water heaters

Winterization

• Included: winterization of interior plumbing.
